We want to make sure you get your merch as fast as possible! Please read our policy below before placing your order.

Because our merchandise is custom-made to order just for you, please allow a short processing window before your items ship:

Processing Time:* 2–5 business days to print and pack your order.
Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days after dispatch.
Tracking: You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number the moment your package is on its way!

📦 Returns & Exchanges
Since all of our items are custom-printed just for you, **all sales are final**. We do not offer returns or exchanges if you order the wrong size, color, or simply change your mind. 

Damaged or Incorrect Items: If your order arrives damaged, defective, or we sent you the wrong item/size by mistake, we will absolutely make it right! Please email us at tallybandzbookings@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the item, and we’ll ship out a replacement immediately.p
